Description

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups combine chewy cookie bases, creamy peanut butter filling, and rich chocolate ganache for the ultimate dessert.

 


Ingredients

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 4 oz. high-quality dark chocolate bar, chopped
  • 4 oz. heavy cream

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • Pinch of salt

For the Cookie Cups:

  • 1 batch Kroll’s Kookies cookie dough (omit the chocolate chips)

Optional Additions:

  • Sea salt flakes for garnish
  • Crushed peanuts for texture

Instructions

  1. Make the Ganache: Heat heavy cream until warm, pour over chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling: Microwave peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Prepare Cookie Dough: Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare cookie dough and omit the chocolate chips.
  4. Shape Cookie Cups: Scoop dough into a muffin tin with liners, press into wells, and bake for 10–12 minutes. Reshape as needed.
  5. Assemble: Add 2 tsp of peanut butter filling to each cup, followed by 1 tbsp of ganache.
  6. Set and Serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour if needed. Bring to room temperature before serving.

  • Re-shape cookie cups mid-bake to maintain their structure.
