Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, breadcrumbs, and ¼ cup BBQ sauce. Mix gently to combine.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the meatballs bake, cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the remaining ½ cup BBQ sauce.
- Combine the meatballs and pasta in a large bowl or skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley or Parmesan if desired.
