Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
