  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix raspberries, ¼ cup sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumble mixture into the baking dish. Spread raspberry filling over this base and top with remaining crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool completely before slicing.
