  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Stir in baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in flour until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Add half the Nutella and swirl with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and Nutella.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
