- 2 (3 oz) boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (not mint extract)
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, divided
- 2–3 candy canes or peppermint candies, crushed
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mixes and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of red food coloring. Mix until you achieve your desired pink hue.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping gently, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Pour the filling into the Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Before serving, pipe the remaining whipped topping around the edges of the pie using a piping bag with a star tip.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes in the center and along the whipped topping border.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
