  • 2 (3 oz) boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (not mint extract)
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, divided
  • 23 candy canes or peppermint candies, crushed
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mixes and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of red food coloring. Mix until you achieve your desired pink hue.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping gently, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Before serving, pipe the remaining whipped topping around the edges of the pie using a piping bag with a star tip.
