Description

  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Heat until thickened.
  4. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then cook in butter until fluffy.
  5. Spread the maple mustard sauce on the bottom half of each croissant.
  6. Layer with bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining croissant half.
  7. Warm in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes (optional) and serve immediately.
