- 4 large eggs
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Slice croissants in half horizontally.
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Heat until thickened.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then cook in butter until fluffy.
- Spread the maple mustard sauce on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer with bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining croissant half.
- Warm in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes (optional) and serve immediately.
