- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced (optional)
- 4 – 8'' tortillas
Instructions
- Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface.
- On each tortilla, place 1/2 cup grilled chicken, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, and 1 tablespoon minced cilantro (if using). Fold tightly to form a burrito shape.
- Preheat a heavy-duty pan or grill to medium heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray or oil. Cook each wrap for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
