Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecan halves, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar; cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake crust for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden, then set aside.
