Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup
- 4 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with black pepper.
- Boil water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente. Drain well.
- In a bowl, mix cooked beef, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining black pepper until combined.
- Stir in 2/3 cup of crispy fried onions into the mixture and transfer it to the baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly, then top with remaining crispy fried onions and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley.
