  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup
  • 4 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with black pepper.
  3. Boil water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente. Drain well.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked beef, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining black pepper until combined.
  5. Stir in 2/3 cup of crispy fried onions into the mixture and transfer it to the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly, then top with remaining crispy fried onions and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley.
