  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken strips in the spice mixture.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes for breading: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge seasoned chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
