  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Step 2: Prepare the Bruschetta Topping

  1. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta
