- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (for swirl)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in rolled oats gently.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Layer half of the batter in the loaf pan; drizzle with half of the cinnamon mixture. Repeat layering and swirl gently with a knife.
