Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast

- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
