- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats (quick cooking)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cold butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pie shell according to package instructions and place it in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Zest the lemon and squeeze juice from half into a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, white sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and flour; toss gently.

- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
