For the Sandwich:
- 2 cups leftover turkey or thick-cut turkey deli meat
- 4 large slices Havarti cheese
- 2/3 cup cranberry relish or sauce
- 1 (12-pack) Hawaiian dinner rolls
For the Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping all the rolls attached.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9×13 baking pan.
- Layer the turkey over the rolls, followed by the cranberry relish and Havarti cheese.
- Add the top half of the rolls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the butter sauce evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Assemble the sliders a day ahead and refrigerate for convenience. Add the butter sauce just before baking.
- For added flavor, sprinkle fresh rosemary or thyme over the sliders before baking.
