- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing:
- Blend avocado, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, buttermilk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the pasta al dente, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.
