Ingredients
- 1 ounce package red gelatin (strawberry flavor)
- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (berry blue flavor)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup warm water (divided into two 1/2 cups)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix red gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water. Microwave for 1.5 minutes; stir until dissolved. Add 1.5 cups marshmallows and microwave again until softened. Whisk until smooth and cool slightly before pouring into the baking dish. Refrigerate to set.
- Repeat the process with blue gelatin and the remaining marshmallows.
- Once the red layer is set, pour the blue mixture over it and refrigerate until fully firm.
- Cut into strips and roll each strip into pinwheels, inserting lollipop sticks as you go.
