- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the white chocolate over the cooled bars. Garnish with fresh blueberries and lemon zest.
- Cut into squares and serve.
