- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- If using freshly cooked rice, spread it out on a baking sheet and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil along with minced garlic and mixed vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooled rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
