- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp Taco Seasoning (or 1 packet)
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10 oz) Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add onions & taco seasoning, cooking until onions soften.
- Mix in tomatoes and water; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble cups: Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin tin cup.
- Layer filling & cheese: Add meat, cheese, and a second wonton wrapper. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm!
Notes
- Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and green onions for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days.
- Freeze for up to 3 months and reheat in the oven at 350°F.
