- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and gradually whisk in non-dairy milk until smooth.
