Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (1 pound) thawed puff pastry sheets
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, egg, and breadcrumbs. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
