Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes until bright green. Drain and submerge in ice water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
- Fold blanched green beans into the mixture along with half the cheese and fried onions.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish; spread evenly.

- Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
