Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Form into meatballs.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat olive oil. Brown meatballs on all sides for about 5 minutes; then remove.
  3. In the same pot, whisk flour for about a minute. Gradually add broth while whisking until smooth. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add browned meatballs back into the pot. Seal the lid and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  5. Perform a quick release of pressure once cooking is complete. Remove meatballs and stir heavy cream into the gravy until thickened.
  6. Return the meatballs to the pot and coat with gravy before serving.
