- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Form into meatballs.
- Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat olive oil. Brown meatballs on all sides for about 5 minutes; then remove.
