These Turkey and Cheese Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Perfect for parties, game days, or easy weeknight dinners, these mini sandwiches feature layers of savory turkey, melty cheese, and a buttery glaze on soft slider rolls.

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or brioche)
  • ¾1 pound sliced turkey (deli, roasted, or leftover)
  • 12 slices cheese (Havarti, Swiss, or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

For the Buttery Glaze:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze by whisking together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
  3. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, then layer turkey and cheese evenly.
  5. Place the top halves back on and brush the glaze over the tops.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
