For the Sliders:
- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or brioche)
- ¾ - 1 pound sliced turkey (deli, roasted, or leftover)
- 12 slices cheese (Havarti, Swiss, or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
For the Buttery Glaze:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, then layer turkey and cheese evenly.
- Place the top halves back on and brush the glaze over the tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
