Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 8–12 limes)
- 1–2 avocados, diced or mashed
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place them in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Pour lime juice over the shrimp until fully submerged. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for an additional 1-2 hours until shrimp are opaque.
