Ingredients

  • Ground chicken (or turkey)
  • Green onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Red bell pepper
  • Carrots
  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Lime juice
  • Lettuce leaves (Romaine or butter lettuce)

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onion whites, garlic, and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook Chicken: Add ground chicken to the pan and cook until nearly done.
