- 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in boiling water and let it cool.
- Crush the pretzels in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until fine.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, mix with sugar, then combine with crushed pretzels. Press into a greased 13×9 glass dish and bake for 10 minutes; allow cooling.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O layer and pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set (2-4 hours).
