  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in boiling water and let it cool.
  2. Crush the pretzels in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until fine.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, mix with sugar, then combine with crushed pretzels. Press into a greased 13×9 glass dish and bake for 10 minutes; allow cooling.
  4. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Mix sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O layer and pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set (2-4 hours).
