Description

This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy and indulgent dessert combining layers of creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberry filling, and a buttery cake mix topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans of strawberry pie filling
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package vanilla or white cake mix
  • ½ cup salted butter, cold
  • Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9″x13″ baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the filling and spread slightly.
  5. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the layers.
  6. Thinly slice cold butter and distribute across the top of the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and filling bubbles.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes and serve warm or chilled.
