Description
This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy and indulgent dessert combining layers of creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberry filling, and a buttery cake mix topping.

- 2 (15-ounce) cans of strawberry pie filling
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 package vanilla or white cake mix
- ½ cup salted butter, cold
- Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9″x13″ baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the filling and spread slightly.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the layers.
- Thinly slice cold butter and distribute across the top of the cake mix.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and filling bubbles.
- Cool for 10 minutes and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Use vanilla, white, or yellow cake mix.
- Keep butter cold for better slicing and coverage.
- Store leftovers at room temperature (2 days) or in the refrigerator (up to a week).
