Description
A creamy and indulgent Strawberry Cheesecake Dip that’s quick to prepare, no-bake, and perfect for pairing with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- Dipping options: graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, cinnamon pita chips, or fresh fruit
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature (about 45 minutes) or microwave it for 15 seconds until pliable.
- Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and spread it evenly.
- Spoon the strawberry preserves over the top and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife to create a marbled effect.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dippers or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt in place of heavy cream.
- Try other fruit preserves like raspberry or blueberry for variations.
