Description
A refreshing strawberry basil lemonade recipe that balances sweet, tangy, and herbal flavors. Perfect for hot summer days or parties, this drink can be served as a mocktail or with vodka for a boozy twist.

- 10 lemons, juiced (about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice)
- ¾ cup super fine sugar
- 4 cups warm water
- 8–10 strawberries, tops removed
- ⅓ cup fresh basil
- ½ cup vodka (optional)
Instructions
- Juice the lemons and transfer the juice into a large pitcher.
- Add the sugar to the warm water and stir until dissolved. Let cool completely.
- Add the strawberries and basil to the pitcher.
- Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until it turns pink and the basil is finely chopped. Strain out basil bits if desired.
- Add vodka (optional) and stir.
- Serve over crushed ice and garnish with basil leaves or strawberry slices.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half the water with sparkling water.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar or using a sugar substitute.
- Store leftover lemonade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
