- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
