- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually stir into the wet mixture until combined.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
- For frosting, mix powdered sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring until smooth; spread over cooled brownies.
- Heat cream in a saucepan; remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate until smooth. Pour ganache over frosting; let set before cutting.
