- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- Optional: ½ cup white chocolate chips, green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the pistachio pudding mix until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
