  • 1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • 8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mint extract until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with green sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  8. Chill again for another 15-20 minutes until the coating is firm.
