  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in lime zest and vanilla extract.
