Instructions

  3. Divide dough in half; mix cocoa powder into one half and green food coloring plus milk into the other half.
  4. Wrap each dough half in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out each colored dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick and cut into strips.
  6. Layer alternating strips of chocolate and green dough, pressing gently to adhere, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the chilled dough into cookies and bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 10-12 minutes until set.
