  • 14 ounces canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and season diced chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes in the same skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
