  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ham by scoring the fat in a diamond pattern.
