  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Gravy:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs – Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Brown (Optional but Recommended) – Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
  3. Assemble in Slow Cooker – Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour in the beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Slow Cook – Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  5. Thicken the Gravy – Stir in cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving to thicken.
