Description

Enjoy the perfect Silky Nutella Crepes with this easy-to-follow recipe. Light, buttery, and filled with creamy Nutella, these crepes are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Nutella

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crepe Batter

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
  2. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for the best texture.

Step 2: Cook the Crepes
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
5. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it evenly.
6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook another 30 seconds.

Step 3: Add Nutella & Fold
7. Spread a thin layer of Nutella on each crepe while still warm.
8. Fold the crepe into quarters or roll it up.
9. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.

Notes

  • For ultra-thin crepes, use a ladle or crepe spreader.
  • If Nutella is too thick to spread, warm it slightly in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Refrigerate leftover crepes for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
