Description
This Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake combines garlicky, buttery shrimp with perfectly cooked pasta and a cheesy, golden-baked topping. Easy and flavorful!
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup dry white wine
- Zest & juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cook Pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix Shrimp & Seasonings: In a baking dish, combine garlic, shallots, red pepper flakes, paprika, olive oil, butter, wine, lemon zest, juice, salt, and pepper.
- Bake Shrimp for 12 minutes or until pink and fully cooked.
- Toss with Pasta and mix well.
- Add Parmesan and gently stir to melt.
- Serve Immediately, garnished with parsley and extra parmesan.
Notes
- For a creamier version, add ¼ cup of heavy cream after baking.
- To avoid overcooked shrimp, bake just until they turn pink.
- Best served with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
