- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 count)
- 8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese (sandwich size, halved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for brushing the roll-ups.
- Scramble the remaining eggs over low heat until just set.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place half a slice of cheese on each triangle. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
- Roll up from the wide end of the triangle, sealing the edges as you go.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, seam-side down. Brush tops with reserved egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve warm.
