Description

Warm, buttery crescent rolls stuffed with scrambled eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and savory sausage. Perfect for busy mornings, meal prepping, or a delightful breakfast treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 count)
  • 8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese (sandwich size, halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for brushing the roll-ups.
  • Scramble the remaining eggs over low heat until just set.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  • Place half a slice of cheese on each triangle. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
  • Roll up from the wide end of the triangle, sealing the edges as you go.
  • Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, seam-side down. Brush tops with reserved egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace sausage with sautéed vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
  • Reheat in the oven, air fryer, or microwave.
