- 1 lb ground sausage (mild, spicy, or flavored)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Optional:
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp minced chives
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the grease and let the sausage cool.
- Mix the cooked sausage with softened cream cheese until fully combined. Add optional shredded cheddar or seasonings if desired.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and cut each one into quarters.
- Flatten each piece of dough slightly, add about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture, and wrap the dough around the filling, sealing the edges.
- Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
