  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Make the salted caramel sauce: In a saucepan, melt sugar until amber, add butter, then cream, vanilla, and salt. Cool.
  2. Prepare the crust: Process Biscoff cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
