Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Reduce heat and add cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes with juices.
- Stir until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
- If the dip is too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen it.
