  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast garlic wrapped in foil for 30-35 minutes until soft.
