Instructions
- Place 4-6 mint leaves and 5-6 raspberries in a serving glass.
- Muddle gently to release the mint’s essential oils and raspberry juice.
- Add a few ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour in 1 cup sparkling water, 1 ounce lime juice, and 1 ounce raspberry syrup.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the drink.
- Stir gently to combine.

Notes
- You can substitute raspberries and raspberry syrup with other fruits and syrups like blueberry, mango, pineapple, or strawberry.
