Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry mixed vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add cooked protein and minced garlic; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked noodles along with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil; stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
